Imagenetix Expands Marketing Efforts

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 28, 2003--Imagenetix,
Inc. (OTCBB: IAGX - News) announces that the Company has recently entered
into several agreements with organizations to private label and distribute
products to the mass markets.
Initial test marketing of select private labeled products is scheduled
to begin over the radio and through a television infomercial during the
next 45 days. Sales of private labeled products to patients by doctors,
dentists, chiropractors, and other health care professionals have also
commenced. Additionally, sales of products have begun via a nationally
distributed doctor recommended nutritional newsletter. Initial expansion
of mass marketing efforts into retail stores is anticipated by late 2003.
