CompanySan Diego based Imagenetix, Inc. is an innovator of scientifically tested, natural-based, proprietary bioceutical products developed to enhance human and animal health on a global basis. The Company develops, formulates, and private-labels, proprietary, leading edge over the counter topical creams, skin care products, and nutritional supplements to be marketed globally through multiple channels of distribution. In addition, Imagenetix develops patentable compounds for the purpose of entering into licensing agreements with pharmaceutical partners. Rather than market products directly to consumers, Imagenetix markets to business organizations who in turn market the products to consumers through their own private labels. Imagenetix has developed a "turnkey" approach to assist these organizations with product distribution to consumers. Distribution of products by Imagenetix clients is currently underway through direct selling, mass marketing, medical, health, and nutritional professionals, medical newsletters, direct response radio, and will soon begin through direct response television, and other channels of distribution. International health issues involve millions of people, pose multi-billion dollar challenges to society, and represent multi-billion dollar opportunities to companies and their shareholders. These are the substantial opportunities that Imagenetix is focused on. Data from the Company’s clinical trials of its lead products, anecdotal evidence from focus group studies, and feedback from customers of the products as well as from world-class athletes and international customers who use the products indicate the Imagenetix products are highly efficacious and safe. It is a goal of management that Imagenetix becomes a world-recognized leader in the bioceutical industry. To accomplish this, the Company has placed heavy emphasis on product development and scientific studies. In studies, the Company subjects its natural-based, proprietary bioceutical products to an array of rigorous and stringently designed scientific tests. Management believes that well designed studies and well executed clinical trials will give superior confidence to clients seeking to market products, consumers purchasing and using products, and companies seeking to enter into licensing agreements. Scientific testing includes, among others, toxicity studies, mechanism of action studies, safety and effectiveness studies. Protocols are designed by Imagenetix personnel working in conjunction with consultants, industry recognized professionals. Where appropriate, studies are conducted on a double-blind, placebo-controlled trial and are conducted at some of the top laboratory facilities and clinics, premier universities, and by leading researchers and doctors. By presenting findings at scientific conferences, submitting these landmark studies to peer review journals, and advancing products through clinical studies, Imagenetix is pioneering a new niche for natural-based bioceutical companies and is developing a reputation that will distinguish it from the competition. Imagenetix utilizes a disciplined, and highly effective approach to scientific testing and product development. The Company begins by focusing on proprietary natural products that can be brought to market quickly. Imagenetix has been quite successful in this regard and currently has oral and topical combinations of natural-based proprietary products marketed through multiple channels of distribution. Scientific testing also leads to the discovery that certain products will require longer lead times or more dollars to develop. Additionally, through discoveries with its research, the Company is currently testing products that it expects to patent and license to the pharmaceutical industry for the ultimate development as a drug. It is this ability to contain costs, create rapid cash flow, create proprietary products, and have multiple channels for scientific advancement of the products that has led to the recent acquisition of select natural-based product companies by pharmaceutical firms. Imagenetix creates revenue and additional economies of scale by marketing products to companies and not directly to consumers. Management works with a growing group of well-recognized companies who are interested in the Company’s growing line of superior products and strong science. The distributors benefit by being able to market scientifically tested and innovative products under their own private label or on a co-branded basis. Imagenetix benefits by creating worldwide distribution for its products without having to create a large and expensive internal sales force. Through this process, Imagenetix is currently booking international sales on select products and is gaining exposure for its products to consumers from around the world. As a result of the cash flow generated from product sales to date, Imagenetix has been able to initiate multiple world-class clinical studies and still manage the Company’s bottom line. Management believes that proprietary products with tested science will add significant value to the company, and this will translate into substantial market share and sales for the Company. With multiple clinical studies having been concluded and several more coming to conclusion, Imagenetix will continue to have study findings presented at industry conferences, to have studies published in peer review journals, and to have both business and industry articles published. With increased endorsements from world-class athletes and the public, the timing of the conclusion of multiple studies perfectly positions the Company to create media attention for its products and increase sales from an expanding list of companies (clients).
