Marketing/Distribution Plan

We are an innovator of scientifically tested, natural-based, proprietary bioceutical products designed to help conditions caused by inflammation. We develop, formulate, and private-label, proprietary, leading edge over the counter topical creams, skin care products, and nutritional supplements to be marketed globally through multiple channels of distribution. In addition, we develop patentable compounds for the purpose of commercializing pharmaceutical products.

We currently market to business organizations who in turn market the products to consumers through their own private labels. We have developed a “science driven” approach to assist these organizations in marketing their products. Distribution of products by our clients is currently underway through direct selling, mass marketing, medical, health, and nutritional professionals, medical newsletters, direct response radio, direct response television, and other channels of distribution.

The Imagenetix management team and key personnel have a proven track record and many years of experience in developing products that cater to the marketing needs of its clients and the unique needs of the individual consumer.

To be truly effective in its long-term marketing and distribution efforts, the Company develops products that are efficacious, novel, proprietary and patentable. By producing effective products with solid science, the Company is able to cater to the needs of informed individuals.

The Imagenetix management team and internal sales staff are experts at and have developed and implemented an innovative approach to assist distributors in the marketing and successful launch of Imagenetix products. This approach consists of:

  • The development of novel products and formulations.
  • Conducting and completing scientific studies.
  • Presenting research findings on the studies.
  • Foreign country registration of the product.
  • Developing marketing tools and plans to promote product sales including the label, graphic designs, and promotional brochures.
  • Creating interest for the products through advertisement, media, and trade publications, medical journals, and scientific presentations.
  • Providing experts to introduce products.
  • Maintaining the Globestar® system (see Globestar® Business to Business System) for rapid international orders and international product registration and approval.
It is management’s belief that effective products with strong science, quality service to distributors, and product recognition are the key ingredients necessary for this marketing and distribution approach to be successful. The Company has proven this already. With a number of University studies having been presented at international scientific meetings and published, the company is positioned to have clients accelerate marketing efforts into the mass market, health and natural food stores, health product catalogs, television infomercials, network marketing organizations and the professional market.
